Customer Support Coordinator

The job offer is available for the following event:

Scope of Responsibilities

  • Meeting company's customers, visitors and partners to ensure their smooth transportation and escort in the city and at the airport territory

  • Transporting company´s employees, customers, visitors and partners mainly in Tallinn, but also in other parts of Estonia and abroad if needed

  • Customer guidance and support by email, skype, phone and in person before arrival and during their stay in Tallinn

  • Compiling and maintaining customer “Quick guide”

  • Organizing customer after hours activities Collecting feedback from customers

  • Assisting with other administration tasks


  • Proficient English, and Estonian language skills, knowledge of Russian will be an advantage

  • High communications skills

  • Service-minded, accurate, punctual and responsible

  • Highly cooperative

  • Independent thinking skills

  • Basic Computer skills (MS Office, Word, Outlook)

  • Category B driver’s license

  • Willingness to work in shifts
