Scope of Responsibilities
-
Meeting company's customers, visitors and partners to ensure their smooth transportation and escort in the city and at the airport territory
-
Transporting company´s employees, customers, visitors and partners mainly in Tallinn, but also in other parts of Estonia and abroad if needed
-
Customer guidance and support by email, skype, phone and in person before arrival and during their stay in Tallinn
-
Compiling and maintaining customer “Quick guide”
-
Organizing customer after hours activities Collecting feedback from customers
-
Assisting with other administration tasks
Requirements:
-
Proficient English, and Estonian language skills, knowledge of Russian will be an advantage
-
High communications skills
-
Service-minded, accurate, punctual and responsible
-
Highly cooperative
-
Independent thinking skills
-
Basic Computer skills (MS Office, Word, Outlook)
-
Category B driver’s license
-
Willingness to work in shifts
