GLF are currently recruiting for Fabrication staff for our production facility in Swords.

Excellent salary on offer between €15.00 - € 17.61 depending on skills and experience.

Your role

You will be part of an exceptional team that is responsible for;

  • The fabrication of our bespoke unitized system across a array of prestige projects.
  • The fabrication of various windows, stick curtain walling, roof lights and door systems.
  • Structurally bonding of glass to panels and flashings.
  • Ability to read and understand assembly drawings. 
  • Using work instructions/packages interpret and fabricate aluminium /glass panels to the required standard. 
  • Be competent in the use of hand and power tools (saws, grinders, crimpers, drills, and measuring equipment) used to assemble panels, windows and doors.  
  • Check and inspect all work ensuring Quality documentation is completed at each stage of production.
  •  Strive to meet daily targets on a production line in a busy and fast-paced production environment.
  • Assisting our warehouse facility team if and when required completing duties such as line side kitting , material preparation and assisting with material handling duties.

Experience

  • Experience within the window/ cladding industry will be an advantage.
  • Experience in using power tools/drill.
  • Experience working within a fast paced factory environment. 
  • Carpentry & engineering experience will be an advantage.
