Applications are invited by the Luxembourg office of MaplesFS for the position of

Corporate Assistant

As a Corporate Assistant, your main responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to: organising mail, sending registered letters and DHL; coordinating third party legal and notary services, including communication with the Trade Register (RCS); recording of legal and administrative documentation into internal database(s); filing of corporate, legal and administrative documents, both electronic and physical; organising signatures of documents; arranging board of directors/managers meetings, compilation of board packs.

The successful candidate will be highly skilled, with at least 2 years’ prior secretarial or administrative experience in a professional office environment. He/she must have an excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and all Microsoft applications.

This post requires great attention to detail, professionalism and excellent organisational and communication skills. The successful candidate will be also able to demonstrate the ability to work with different people at different levels.

Excellent knowledge of English and French (written and verbal) are required and knowledge of any other language would be considered an asset.

The successful candidate must be able to use his/her own initiative and work well under pressure to meet deadlines, and be flexible in their duties.
