Wärtsilä Global Logistics Services is looking for a Coordinator, Parts Coordination Management.

The position is temporary until the end of the year 2019 and located in Turku, Finland.

Main Responsibilities: - Handling and coordination of quotations and orders to Network Companies and external customers - Quality and Response time for orders and inquiries - Follow-up of parts deliveries according to agreed process, including possible problem solving and claim handling - Act as a link between Network Companies / external customer and various departments in WGLS, Solutions and Delivery Management involved in spare part delivery process. - Communicate with external and internal interest parties regarding inquiries, orders and deliveries - Identify and report possible improvement areas in the way of working. - Off-hour support for spare part deliveries (24 hrs service) - Other duties as requested by the superior.
