Responsibilities
- Careful preparation of dishes with the aim of achieving a high-quality result, based on the specifications and guidelines of the Head Chef.
- Adherence to all procedures and regulations of the department.
- Adherence to all safety and hygiene measures.
- Proper management, use, and storage of all materials and equipment in the department.
Job requirements
Required qualifications
- Knowledge of Greek language
- Experience in a similar position (applies to positions of A' & B' Cooks).
- Culinary school diploma (desirable characteristic).
- Team spirit.
- Responsibility and consistency.
- Pleasant and friendly personality.
- Understanding of various cooking methods, materials, equipment, and procedures. Accuracy and speed in performing assigned tasks.
- Familiarity with industry best practices.
