Der Maître des Familienhotels und seine Frau bringen Leben in das Traditionshaus und machen den Aufenthalt zu einem angenehmen Erlebnis. Das Restaurant steht für Qualität auf hohem Niveau, die Speisen sind exzellent zubereitet und werden optisch sehr ansprechend serviert. Der Inhalt der Speisekarte ist überschaubar und spiegelt genau das wieder, was dem Hotel und den Vollblutgastronomen am Herzen liegt: alle Speisen werden à la minute zubereitet. Mit der saisonalen Karte gelingt dem Team ein Zusammenspiel aus bürgerlicher Küche und Internationalität. Dem Restaurant angeschlossen gibt es 9 Hotelzimmer. Erst kürzlich wurden das Fachwerkhaus und die Zimmer renoviert und zugleich modernisiert.

Das Familienhotel liegt in Bad Berleburg in Mitten der Natur des Siegerlandes. In direkter Nähe befinden sich verschiedene Ausflugsziele und Freizeitangebote: eine Vielzahl von kulturellen und sportlichen Möglichkeiten, gepaart mit der Herzlichkeit der Gastgeber lassen keine Wünsche mehr offen.

Für das Hotel-Restaurant mit internationaler Küche wird ein/e Jungkoch/-köchin gesucht.

Ihre Tätigkeit umfasst folgende Aufgaben

  • Erste Erfahrungen in der Küche, Zubereitung der Speisen

  • Zuverlässige und kompetente Betreuung unserer Gäste

  • Belastbarkeit, freundliches und sicheres Auftreten auch bei einem hohen Gästeaufkommen

  • Teamarbeit und Motivation sollten für Sie kein Fremdwort sein

  • Wochenend- und Restaurantbetrieb sind für Sie kein Problem

  • Angenehmes und gepflegtes Äußeres

  • Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (A2-B1), Französisch oder Spanisch von Vorteil

The maître of the family-run hotel and his wife bring life into the tradition of the house and make your stay a pleasant experience. The restaurant is known for its quality at a high standard, the food is prepared and served excellently and visually appealing. The menu is straightforward and reflects exactly what the hotel and the thoroughbred gastronomer cares about at heart: all dishes are prepared à la minute. The kitchen team demonstrates a combination of cooking and internationality. Connected to the restaurant, there are 9 rooms. Only recently, the half-timbered house and the rooms have been refurbished and modernized at the same time.

This family-run hotel is located in Bad Berleburg, in the middle of woods and meadows of the region Siegerland. In the immediate vicinity there are various attractions and leisure facilities: a variety of cultural and sports facilities, coupled with the warmth of the hosts leave nothing to be desired.

The hotel restaurant is looking for a cook.

Your profile:

  • First experience in the kitchen and food preparation

  • Reliable and competent care of our guests

  • Stress resistance, friendly and confident manner even with a high guest number

  • Teamwork and motivation should be no unfamiliar words to you

  • Weekends and restaurant operations are no problem for you

  • Pleasant and neat appearance

  • German and English skills (A2-B1), knowledge of French or Spanish is an advantage
