Job offer description

The employer is travelling for over 40 years the Danube River between Regensburg and Vienna. With a fleet consisting of 12 vessels, the company ist he largest excursion shipping company on the bavarian/austrian Danube River. Half a Million passengers are carried on the rides per year. With over four thousand seats is the employer one oft he largest catering businesses in Lower Bavaria.

The employer is looking for a cook on one of the daily excursion ships at the starting date: First of May 2017! The activity is limited on the shipping season (mid – April to the end of December). However, the employer is contemplating a long-term collaboration in the form of a seasonal employment.

Tasks:

 

  • A-la-carte kitchen

  • Bankett-kitchen 

     

    Requirements:

    • Professional training as cook is absolutely necessary

    • Motivation and flexibility

    Frame conditions and benefits for employees:

      • Possibility of a permanent contract with social security contributions.

      • German language skills minimum A2

      • Working hours: full-time (40 hours/week) 7 am until 6 pm also on weekend and holidays. Possibility of trips in the evening

      • Help with the apartment search

      • An interesting work
