Areas of responsibility:

  • focus on the quality of work and guest satisfaction
  • preparation of food, dishes and appetizers according to norms and standards of work
  • knowledge of the menu
  • responsibility for the food safety
  • maintaining hygiene and cleanliness of work space and surfaces
  • proper and conscientious use of kitchen utensils, equipment and appliances
  • performs all other tasks according to the order of the cuisine manager, and in accordance with his professional and other abilities.

  • SSS / KV direction chef experience:
  • desirable experience in the same or similar jobs
  • ability to work independently
  • knowledge of at least one foreign language
  • readiness for shift work
  • meticulousness, orderliness and systematicity
