Main tasks:

  • Food preparation, cooking.
  • Storing foodstuffs.
  • Assistance with menu creation.
  • Keeping kitchen areas and utensils clean and orderly. 
  • Handling waste, packaging and kitchen linen.
  • Following and implementing work-related trends.
  • Keeping records.
  • Other appropriate tasks as assigned.

Educational level:

  • Upper secondary vocational education. Educational field: Hotels, restaurants and catering.

Work experience:

  • 6 months.
  • Candidates with education in other field 24 months work experiences.

Language skills:

  • Basic English - A2.
  • Basic Slovenian or Croatian desired.

Competency:

  • Preserves impeccable personal hygiene standards and has a tidy appearance
  • Team work
  • Systematic, detail oriented, reliable. 
  • Interpersonal skills.
  • Creative.
  • Problem solving ability.
  • Manual dexterity.

Responsible for:

  • Customer satisfaction.
  • Prompt reaction in case of discrepancy with standards.
  • Completing tasks professionally, safely and on time.
  • Economical use of  resources.

What we offer:

  • Temporary contract (6-12 months) with 2 months probation period.
