GENERAL MISSION:
Assists the kitchen team in the preparation of meals.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure the application of elementary rules of hygiene and safety, namely HACCP standards. 
- Ensure the production and preparation of meals. 
- Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the work spaces and storage locations
