Construction manager (m/f) (ID: SB-263)

 

Tasks:

  • Construction supervision of concrete installation projects

  • Organization of construction sites with all economic, contractual and professional requirements

  • Management of construction site teams

  • Quality, cost and schedule control

 

Requirements:

  • Successfully completed studies as construction engineer or training as a construction engineer

  • Multi-year management and construction site experience, for university graduates, the employer offers the entry possibility as a junior engineer with appropriate training

  • Self-responsible and structured work, enforceability and liability

 

Frame conditions and benefits for employees:

  • German language skills minimum B1

  • Collective wage agreement: Building tariff for employees (RTV)

  • Possibility of a permanent contract with social security contributions.

  • Working hours: full-time (40 hours/week)
