Your profile:

Desirable skills (at least one of the following):

conception, setup, service and optimisation of internal technical systems and application as IT standards first and second level support 

 adaption of guidelines for the usage

quality tests

construction and administration of software packages 

administration of IT systems and components

system analysis, technical documentation and reporting

Additionally you should have:

Degree in an IT related study, a vocational training or comparable qualification

Team spirit, analytical thinking and a proactive mind

Preferable work experience or project experience (even in your study)

Personal skills:

Team spirit, capacity as well as willingness to learn

an independent, reliable, responsible and solution-orientated work attitude

at least basic German skills (A2) or with relevant work experience fluent English language skills can be sufficient

The employers will support your first steps in NRW with relocation services: 

 help in finding accommodation

support with administrative tasks 

 a mentor in the enterprise

Ihr Profil:

Wünschenswerte Kenntnisse in mind. einem dieser Bereiche:

•Konzeption, Aufbau, Betrieb sowie Optimierung von internen technischen Systemen und Applikationen nach IT-Standards

•First und Second Level Support im Service für die Nutzer und Nutzerinnen

•Anpassung von Richtlinien für die Nutzung und Polices

•Qualitätsprüfung

•Erstellung und Administration von Softwarepaketen

•Erstellung und Pflege von Installationsimages

•Administration von informationstechnischen Systemen (Windows)

•Inventarisierung, Verwaltung und Aussonderung von IT-Komponenten

•Systemanalyse, technische Dokumentation und Berichterstattung.

Außerdem sollten Sie mitbringen:

•Abgeschlossenes Studium im IT-Bereich, Berufsausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

•Teamfähigkeit, analytisches Denkvermögen und Eigeninitiative

•Berufs- bzw. Projekterfahrungen (auch im Rahmen eines Studiums) sind wünschenswert

Persönliche Fähigkeiten:

•Teamfähigkeit, Belastbarkeit, sowie hohe Lernbereitschaft

•Ein selbstständiger, verantwortungsbewusster und lösungsorientierter Arbeitsstil

•Mindestens Grundkenntnisse Deutsch (A2) oder bei einschlägiger Berufserfahrung könnten auch sehr gute Englischkenntnisse ausreichen.
