Role: Community Support Representative with Swedish, Finnish, Danish or Norwegian.
Place of work: Kraków, Poland.
You will be supporting both riders and drivers. The right candidate is always looking for unique ways to solve problems with exceptional support and communication, ensuring that problems are resolved promptly while developing trustworthy relationships with the community.
Your profile: you are a fresh graduate or already with some short customer service experience, you are fluent in one of the language: Swedish, Finnish, Danish or Norwegian plus very good English. Vital in this role is high proficiency using computers, typing, quickly navigating between various tools, as well as excellent reading comprehension and writing skills.
