To support and implement the corporate communications strategy for Tesco Business Services by enhancing the brand profile, making the organization an employer of choice, empowering colleagues and leaders to be better communicators and elevating our community impact.

  • To plan and execute company-wide corporate communication rollouts
  • To be able to support and implement campaigns
  • Partner with leaders and stakeholders to engage in communication dialogue
  • Identify opportunities and take them to completion
  • Storytelling
  • Have a good idea of social media and how to put it into practice
  • Play the role of a content curator
  • Influence usage of appropriate channels
  • Good understanding of audio-visual solutions such as video and podcasts independently

You will be great in this role if you have:

  • 5-6 years experience in corporate communications in an MNC
  • Fluent English and Hungarian language knowledge
  • Great planner and demonstrate abilities
  • Experience in end to end communications and you are excellent at execution
  • Focus on delivering a quality brand experience
  • High standards of writing, editing and reviewing content
  • Experience in stakeholder management, program and change management, leadership communications, facilitation and presentation expertise
  • Passion for customer service
  • Preferably a post-graduate in journalism or mass communication
