In addition to Germany's first ski hall and one of the largest catering businesses in North Rhine-Westphalia with several restaurants and bars, also a varied outdoor area is part of the leisure centre.

Here you will find a beer garden, a high ropes course, a miniature golf course, an archery range and a climbing wall. Guests can stay in the 4 **** Superior sports and conference hotel with 1000m² of meeting space and spa.

For the employer we are looking for:

Commis de cuisine & Demichef de partie (m/f)

 For the specialized production of hot and cold dishes in various positions (Demichef de partie: responsible on your post)

 Appealing and clean presentation of all food

 Demichef de partie: Representation of the Chef de Partie in all respects

 Requirements:

- Successfully completed vocational training as a chef or relevant experience

- Demichef de partie: professional experience preferably in a good middle-class or upper middle cuisine and experience in the à la carte and event area

- Organizational skills and teamwork

- Ability to work independently

- At least basic knowledge of German or very good knowledge of English

Commis Pâtissier (m/f):

 Manufacture of cakes, tarts and sweet desserts

 Development of new offers and creative design in cooperation with the food directorate

 Attractive and clean presentation of all food

 Compliance with the hygiene rules for products and workplaces

 Requirements:

- High quality standards and attention to detail

- Completed training as pastry chef or cook

- An independent and structured way of working as well as high self-motivation

- At least basic knowledge of German or very good knowledge of English

Chef de rang (m/f)

 For the sincere hospitality, care and billing of our restaurant guests

 Sales conversation with our guests, advice on drinks and food selection

 Observance of order and cleanliness in the entire service area

 Days inventory, cash and waiter billing

 Requirements:

- Successfully completed vocational training in a gastronomic apprenticeship or equivalent experience

- 1-2 years’ experience desirable

- Teamwork, organizational skills and flexibility

- Open mind and readiness to smile often

- Good knowledge of German

Receptionist (m/f)

 To ensure optimal hospitality services

 Ensure the smooth running of the front office

 Receiving and processing of reservations and requests

 Guest relation and complain management

 Requirements:

- Completed vocational training in the hospitality industry and several years of experience in the same or similar position

- Team spirit and dynamic

- Excellent communication skills and a high level of empathy

- Very good German and good English skills, oral and written

- Good computer skills, experience with Oracle Suite 8 (Fidelio) desirable

Front Office Manager (m/f):

 For the management of the Front Office team with joy and enthusiasm

 Representation of the head of department

 Act sales and results-oriented

 Ensure the smooth running

 Active participation in the front office

 Completion of all administrative tasks and processing of correspondence

 Compliance and implementation of quality standards

 Requirements:

- Completed vocational training in the hospitality industry and several years of experience in the same or similar position

- Secure, friendly and neat appearance as well as good manners

- Excellent communication skills and a high level of empathy

- Excellent sense of responsibility and high motivation

- Exemplary function and willingness to leadership responsibility

- Targeted and organized operation

- Very good German and good English skills, oral and written

- Excellent computer skills, experience with Oracle Hospitality Suite 8

- Team spirit and dynamic
