We are looking for Commercial Site Manager who will be responsible for the commercial aspects related to our site activities primarily in Northern Europe. What are my responsibilities? As a Commercial Site Manager, you will be part of the site management team acting as the commercial counterpart to the Site Manager. You will be responsible for the commercial tasks related to the various phases in a construction project. More specifically, your responsibilities will cover: • The installation budget, i.e. forecasting, reporting, controlling and analysis to secure transparency and follow up on installation costs • Commercial administration of site activities and purchases towards external sub-suppliers based on the requirements of the contracts and project • Contract and claim management on site and support the project management team with variation and claim documentation • Continuously optimizing processes to improve productivity and profitability • Support the project management on insurance, tax and custom issues • Commercial site set up and demobilization What do I need to qualify for this job? You have a commercial background within finance, procurement or contract management from the construction, wind or offshore industry. As a person, you are analytical, detail-oriented and strong in processes. You have a practical and matter-of-fact approach to your assignments. Besides, you are a team player. In addition, you possess good communication skills in English, both orally and in writing, and you are an experienced IT user. Most of the time, you will be delegated to projects all over the world, primarily in Northern Europe. Flexibility with willingness to extensive travel is a prerequisite and you should be thriving in an intercultural environment.
