We are looking for experienced CNC GRINDING OPERATORS for a company operating in the mining, rock extraction, metalworking and material technology industries.



The company is located in Tampere, Finland. JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Operating CNC grinders (operation, settings and corrections)
  • Type of controller: FANUC 
  • Making small changes on the program (programs are ready made)
  • Taking measurements with manual measuring tools
  • Working with technical drawing



WHAT  WE OFFER:

  • We offer you a long-term job with good working conditions and benefits:
  • Finnish employment contract
  • Salary: 13,08 €/h/Gross + production bonus: 17-18€/h + Pekkanen 11% (Finnish allowances) + shift bonuses (evening shift and night shift), all together up 3200€ Gross/ month
  • Working schedule: 3 shifts (evening shift bonus +1,25€/h, night shift bonus +2,31€/h)
  • Overtime possible
  • Accommodation provided by employer, paid by employee: cost around 400-500€/month (own room in a shared apartment) or 600-700€/month (own one room studio)
  • Starting date: ASAP or March/June 2022

In addition:

  • Holiday compensation (around 9% extra in first year)
  • Paid public holidays (around 4% extra) after first month

  • Relocation service (accommodation arrange, tax office visits, etc.)



REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least 3 years experience of CNC Grinding Machining
  • Experience with FANUC and CNC Lathe Machining are an advantage
  • Experience of holes and round grinding
  • Ability to read technical drawings
  • Experienced of measurements with hand measurements tools 
  • Being able to work within low tolerances (geometric tolerances)
  • Communicative English (B1)
  • Being able to work alone and having problem solving capabilities
