For our customer in Munich and surroundings we are looking for CNC grinder

Your area of responsibility:

You reliably machine workpieces for machines and devices by predominantly cylindrical grinding on our CNC-controlled grinding machine. You will carefully determine the work steps for processing the workpiece on the basis of technical drawings and other documents, call up machine work programs, test them or adapt them. They set up the machine and manufacture the required parts. After the manufacturing process, they carry out measurements and tests and, if necessary, modify certain machine values and tools. Depending on requirements, they also set up grinding wheels and carry out maintenance, repair and servicing work on the machines and equipment.

 

Your profile:

Very good CNC skills and experience in cylindrical grinding are essential for employment in our team. Furthermore, we expect the future jobholder to have good knowledge in fine grinding and surface grinding. The maintenance and repair or servicing of the machines should not be a problem for you. We presuppose quality assurance by measuring and checking the production pieces. Furthermore, knowledge in the areas of profile grinding and grinding wheel preparation is desirable.
