MEDIAGENIX is rapidly evolving to a modular cloud-based service. For this exciting challenge, we are looking for experienced and talented developers to join the product development team in Brussels. You’ll be directly impacting the customer experience through the design and implementation of new features and functionalities in our new products. You’ll work as part of a small but rapidly growing high-energy team delivering awesome, creative improvements to our product. You’ll collaborate with other developers to write the best code for the project and deliver amazing results that our users love.
As this requires an equally dynamic working environment, you can steer your own tasks and planning within the team:
- working in projects geared at the needs of the customer and/or the requirements of the web & cloud based environment;
- working with analysts to translate customer needs into a creative software solution;
- writing clean code, using state-of-the-art development stacks;
- automating development tasks.

We are recruiting enthusiastic software engineers that are open to new technologies and eager to learn.
- Experienced in Java and ideally in Kotlin.
- Understanding of SaaS, PaaS, IaaS industry with hands on experience with public cloud offerings (e.g., AWS, GC, Azure).
It’s great, but not required if you have:
- Experience with large scale distributed systems
- Experience with building microservices
- Practical knowledge of agile software development methodologies (e.g. XP, scrum, Kanban)
- Experience with continuous delivery and infrastructure as code
- Interest in the media world (broadcasters, video platforms, …)
- We expect you to hold a degree in Information Science or Engineering and/or have proven experience with large agile project development.
You communicate fluently in English (our official language).
