We are looking for new colleauges for our multinational partner who provides transaction services, lending, foreign exchange to their customers all over the world.

Tasks:

  • keep contact with clients and build good relationship with them
  • provide information to the clients regarding their payments
  • handle special transactions
  • act as a first point of contact and solve customer issues
  • forward requests to the responsible teams
  • cooperate with different teams within the company 

Requirements:

  • strong Business English knowledge
  • openminded and energetic personality
  • excellent communication and organization skills
