After your studies of engineer, you are keen on getting your first experience in the construction world. First there will be a short introduction, afterwards you will be given different projects. You will be following the different steps within the projects :
- study
- preparation
- daily management and follow-up
You are reporting to the project leader. During the different steps you have direct communication with the client, the different suppliers and subcontractors.
This means you negotiate, inform and manage the different parties and their interests. Therefore we ‘re looking for keen, young engineers, interested in getting on site. This structured and well organized engineers will have the possibilities to build a strong career.
The wages are negotiable. The average start salary for a bachelor ranges between 1750 and 1999 euro gross per month. For a master it lays between 2000 and 2249 euro gross per month. In general as a master engineer you can start at 2500 euro gross on a monthly basis ( according experience and skills, your salary will increase progressively )
