We are looking for a Chief Design Engineer to our Plant Engineering department in Global Account business area. In this position you would be located in our Vaasa, Turku or Pietarsaari office.
As Chief Design Engineer you are in charge for the technical project management and engineering of the electrical and automation design. In this role you would have a key role towards Citec’s design team, other disciplines within the project and towards the customer.
You are supporting sales projects, continuing with operative projects and leading your discipline from the concept, basic & extended basic and are coordinating and controlling the detail engineering for green field as well as brown field projects in international power plants and other Process plants.
Qualifications needed:
- B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Electrical / Automation Engineering
- Previous experience in Electrical / Automation design in industrial engineering projects
- Deep knowledge and understanding of Plant & Process electrification, power generation and distribution systems in power and industrial process plant area.
- Experience in modern 3D design tools
- Good communication skills in English. Finnish and/or Swedish is considered as advantage
