Chef's all Levels
The family owned Celtic Ross Hotel is looking for a highly motivated and talented Chefs of all levels who are passionate about food and giving a fantastic guest experience.
We are located in the heart of beautiful West Cork, the foodie capital of Ireland.
The ideal candidate must have 3 years’ experience in a busy kitchen environment.
The ideal candidate must be able to work under pressure without cutting corners and be a team player.
Requirements:

To have a good knowledge of classical & fine dining, modern contemporary & ethnic cuisine.

To have a good understanding of flavours, textures and presentation of food.

To follow strict cooking guidelines and adhere to standards of procedures in place.

To be fluent in the English language.
Duties:
-
Be responsible for following hygienic & safe working practices.

Maintaining high standards of safety and hygiene in terms of personnel & equipment and take action if necessary.

Be a real team player with the current team of 10 chefs.

Being available for lunch and dinner prep and service.

Maintaining HACCP records daily.
