MANSIONI:

• Gestisce e supervisiona le attività di camerieri e commis di sala assumendosi la responsabilità del proprio ruolo

• Conosce e partecipa alla cura ed alla mise-en-place dei tavoli e del servizio

• Partecipa al lavoro e alle responsabilità del team di sala in modo propositivo

• E’ parte attiva nella presentazione delle preparazioni ai Clienti

  

REQUISITI:

• Diploma o qualifica

• Ottima conoscenza della lingua italiana, inglese e/o francese

• Esperienza di almeno un anno maturata nel ruolo in contesti con alta qualità di servizio

• Massima serietà, etica professionale, senso del dovere, motivazione

• Completano il profilo: capacità organizzative e gestionali, comunicazione, orientamento al cliente e team working

• Il piacere della cura dei Dettagli, e di poter offrire una esperienza di prodotti regionali e del territorio

• Punto di merito: conoscenza del mondo Relais & Chateaux e dei sistemi/ procedure associate

• Referenze



SI OFFRE:

• Contratto a tempo determinato (1 Aprile - 31 Ottobre 2021)

MAIN RESPONSABILITY:

• Manages and supervises the activities of waiters and room managers, taking responsibility for their role

• He knows and participates in the care and the mise-en-place of the tables and the service

• Participate in the work and responsibilities of the room team in a purposeful way

• It is an active part in the presentation of customer preparations



SKILLS:

• Diploma or qualification

• Excellent knowledge of Italian, English and/or French

• At least one year of experience gained in the role in contexts with high quality of service

• Maximum seriousness, professional ethics, sense of duty, motivation

• Complete the profile: organizational and management skills, communication, customer orientation and team working

• The pleasure of taking care of the details, and being able to offer an experience of regional and local products

• Point of merit: knowledge of the Relais & Chateaux world and associated systems / procedures
