Chef de Partie required for the summer months for a seafood restaurant on the West coast of Ireland. Wonderful opportunity for an experienced chef to work in a dynamic environoment.

Requirements:

  • Passion for seafood
  • Good knowledge of award winning food
  • Be able to work under pressure in a busy kitchen
  • Enjoy working as part of a team
  • Have good knowledge of HACCP procedures and regulations
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
  • Fluent English
