Chef de Partie (m/f)

Your Tasks:

  • Assists the kitchen director, kitchen chef, or sous-chef
  • Is responsible for preparing and arranging hot / cold food for buffets, banquet events, à la carte, or room service
  • Performs administrative tasks as required
  • Plans and organizes the work at the relevant areas
  • Professionally checks delivered goods and processes them efficiently
  • Prepares menus and specials of the day based on the food that is in season
  • Ensures compliance with HACCP policies in the kitchen
  • If necessary, carries out administrative tasks in order to assist the kitchen director, kitchen chef, or sous-chef

Your Profile:

  • At least 3 years of work experience
  • Completed vocational training as a chef or hotel worker
  • Excellent German or English skills
  • Advanced knowledge of food and products
  • Strong service and quality orientation
  • Outstanding communication skills; team player
  • A can-do attitude, hands-on mentality, and strong solution orientation
  • Basic management experience desirable
