Job offer description

As Chef De Partie you will join the Kitchen Brigade of The Strawberry Tree Restaurant; Ireland's first certified Organic restaurant with a daily changing menu that reflects the seasons, and featuring the freshest organic and wild foods, many grown to order on nearby organic farms, or foraged by our own chefs and full time food forager. As a chef de partie, you will assist the head and sous chef in leading our kitchen brigade.

 

As a member of the team you will be entitled to free car parking, free meals while on duty, favorable discounts when using the Wells Spa and dining facilities not to mention availability of friends & family rate in over 50 hotels.

 

We review our rosters regularly to ensure a work life balance for our chefs. No split shifts, consecutive days off. We focus on developing individual skills and on continuous personal development.
