VL Restaurant an AA 2 Rosette Refined Dining 40 cover restaurant operating Tuesday Evening to Saturday Evening weekly. This is a small well run Seaside hotel in a village where there is Surfing and Links Golf. The Hotel is run by 4th generation local hotel family and has a very good reputation for service and food. The atmosphere is friendly and family like.
The Kitchen is a well equipped place of work. Breakfasts are cooked by the owner each day and there is no lunch service so the kitchen team concentrates only on dinner service. We are looking for someone who has really good skills and who can contribute to developong the seasonal menus.
There are no functions at the hotel so it is just A La Carte dinner for an average of 30 covers each night.
The job pays well and there are good tips each week in addition to the salary
