Le Méridien Lav, Split, part of the largest hotel chain Marriott International with a portfolio of 7,000+ hotels, is looking for seasonal associates for its Food and Beverage department:

 

Chef de Partie (m/f)

 

We are looking for creative, dynamic and highly motivated people with at least 4 years of experience in Croatian and/or International cuisine, knowledge of at least one foreign language and motivation to work in a 5*hotel.

Your main tasks will be to independently prepare meals, to maintain and improve the food quality standards, as well as to participate in the creation of menu and the entire offer of the Food and Beverage Department.
