The responsibilities for roles include:

  • Demonstrating consistency of standards and quality in preparation, cooking & presentation.
  • Adaptability to working within all kitchen sections.
  • Participation in stock control, purchasing and ordering.
  • Participation in menu development.
  • Confidence to work collaboratively within a team, leading by example in the absence of Senior Chefs.
  • Compliance to all Health & Safety and Food Safety requirements.
  • The candidate should, as a minimum, have the following attainments:
    • Relevant chef experience in a busy kitchen environment.
    • Motivation to participate in all training and self development.
    • Food Safety Level 2.
    • HACCP & COSHH training.
