We are looking for


What you will do

  • Manage incoming and outgoing chargebacks, and PayPal disputes/claims, notifications and responses, with merchants and customers
  • Provide merchants with knowledge and guidance in their chargeback and dispute responses
  • Manage external and internal conversations about customer’s questions and requests.
  • Collect customer feedback and share with internal teams to help identify potential system issues
  • Follow-up on all outstanding chargeback and customer service issues
  • Support all internal teams as requested

What we expect from you

  • Customer focused, service minded and solution oriented attitude
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Sheets
  • Self-Starter, fast learner and strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable working independently and as a member of a distributed team
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Fluency in English

You will have opportunity to learn many aspects of the international payments and grow with company. You will have opportunity to travel to Calgary, Canada for 2 weeks of training.
