  • Tidies, cleans rooms, halls, toilets, staircases, balconies, offices, corridors

  • Informs superiors about any damage

  • Stocks the minibar

  • Keeps records of work and other documentation as assigned by the line-manger

  • Maintains flowers

  • Airs and inspects the premises

  • Empties the waste bins

  • Keeps the surroundings clean and tidy

  • Keeps the workplace clean and tidy

  • Uses materials and inventory rationally and responsibly
