Care Supervisor - €27K - €30K (DOE) - North Dublin
InisCare is expanding its Care Supervisor team and we have a number of opportunities available to support the growth of our company.

Your key responsibilities will include but are not limited to
Conduct care supervision visits
Conduct risk assessments
Spot checks and staff supervisions
Evaluate and monitor the quality of care delivered to clients
Undertake care work activities as and when required
Prepare, review and update clients' care plans
To be considered for this position you will have
A minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in the home care sector
Be a self-motivated individual with very strong communication and decision-making skills
Experience managing on-call
Flexibility
Interpersonal skills
Strong time management, planning, and organizational skills
Full driving license and a car
Proficiency in the English language (spoken, written)
