We are now looking for two enthusiastic Trainees to join our team on a temporary basis until May 2022. These positions are part time, each with 24 hours per week, and the successful candidates will be located either in Helsinki or Vaasa, Finland



Are you ready to join the Voyage?



What will you be doing?



As a Trainee in Voyage Supply Management, your work will focus on these responsibilities:

  • Creating and confirming and expediting of purchase orders
  • Creating pick up-requests
  • Data cleaning activities such as country origin and commodity codes
  • Supporting new ERP and other possible development projects
  • Serving our customers by making sure our promises are kept

     

The below will enable you to shine in this role:

  • Practical SAP knowledge
  • Demonstrable purchasing experience
  • Basic understanding of master data
  • Passion for excellent customer service
  • Pro-active and independent individual with a team player attitude
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, promoting collaborative working relationships with multi-cultural teams
  • Fluency in English, both verbal and written. Additional language skills are considered as an asset.
