As a Business Travel Team Leader, you will look after the operational requirements of the client on a daily basis and ensure that the goals for the team are met. This means that you will monitor call and email volumes and quality to effectively support business customers. •Fluent in English and preferably French both oral and written
•relevant experience in a Travel Consultant management support function
•Strong listening and problem solving skills
•Knowledge of contact services industry and best practices
•Ability to work in a time critical environment
•Passion for travel
•Solution orientated approach
•GDS experience required: Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, Worldspan, Apollo or other industry recognised platform
