Our client is an innovative and dynamic information technology supplier and service provider specialising in the field of finance. It is currently looking for Business & Systems Analysts to join their team.

As a Business & Systems Analyst you will act as an essential point of contact between the company and its clients. You will be responsible for analysis and establishment of client requirements, providing consistent assistance on development and maintenance of new information systems according to client needs, and also for the on-going testing, corrections and improvements of the latest systems. You will also be responsible for that ensuring deadlines, established budgets and company’s quality standards are upheld, as well as for quality assurance audits and the development of corrective plans. You will take care of any essential training sessions for clients and colleagues, the documentation of all work, while maintaining pre-established standards, and also to keep the company’s internal system up-to-date. 

Candidates applying for this role will hold a degree in Business and IT or any other equivalent qualifications, and ideally with knowledge banking. Knowledge of SQL is preferred. You will also have a good know-how of project development, management and analysis. You will also be aware of various IT standards of practice, have excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills and be able to communicate fluently verbally and in writing in English. Knowledge of Portuguese will be considered an asset. You will be able to work efficiently within a team and have an eye for detail and keep abreast of any developments in the field. Availability to travel for one month stints is also essential.
