Ardo is at the beginning of a strategic multiyear plan designed to build a totally new IT environment, both in terms of applications and infrastructure.

The backbone of this platform will consist of the new ERP system, supplemented by local MES and WMS solutions. This platform will be implemented across the organisation’s 20 sites.

The first few years of the plan will see the construction of the template that will be rolled out internationally in subsequent years.

As a Business Analyst, you will be the central link between the process owners and the implementer’s team of developers. You will work with them to analyse requirements and you will provide advice about possible solutions and/or improvements. Where necessary, you will configure and translate these requirements to the development team. You will guide the process owners with implementation and provide training and support afterwards. You will work closely as part of the team with internal ERP staff and with the implementer’s Consultants.

Depending on your experience, you may also take on additional project management tasks. You will report to the Group ICT Director.

Profile:

  • Tertiary qualification in IT or economics, or equivalent gained by experience
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in business / functional analysis, preferably in a complex environment.
  • Experience with the implementation and configuration of ERP packages, preferably with Microsoft Dynamics AX.
  • Insight into purchasing and/or planning processes.
  • An assertive team-player with good communication skills who also has the required maturity.
  • Good organisational, analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • No nonsense, able to work on various levels, from end-users to senior management.
  • You are prepared to travel within Europe (20%, short trips).
  • Languages: good knowledge of Dutch and English. French would be a definite bonus.
