Bid Pricing Specialist (English and another European language is an advantage)

On behalf of our prestigious client we are looking to recruit Bid Pricing Specialists to work closely with in-countries and regions, sales and business management teams.

The Bid Pricing Specialist is responsible for pre-sales pricing activities/complex pricing services by creating competitive and profitable quotes based on customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide pricing input to bids
• Collect and validate required details
• Interpret and verify customer requirements and obtain appropriate pricing for the required services and meet deadlines
• Create design plan
• Standard and non-standard pricing – ensuring the best possible deal
• Calculate end user pricing by applying discounts and obtaining business approvals if required
• Build and maintain effective business support relationships
• Identify improvements that can be made in processes, price tools and web resources and feed this back to the person responsible for the action
• Take part in projects

Skills/Experience:

• Relevant experience in multinational environment
• Good commercial & technical understanding
• Good numerical skills, ability with work big amount of data
• Attention to details and ability to meet tight deadlines
• Good time management
• Pro-active and creative behaviour and result oriented
• Effective and strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer focused
• Advanced level of MS Excel
• Fluent English (written and spoken), second language is an advantage
