Your Tasks:

•         Handling guest luggage when guests arrive and leave

•         Is responsible for parking guest vehicles

•         Shoe shine service for guests

•         Runs errands

•         Ensures that the hotel lobby is neat and clean

•         Provides guests with information regarding local conditions and events

Your Profile:

  • At least 1 years of work experience in the service sector
  • Completed hospitality / gastronomy vocational training
  • Excellent German or English skills; additional languages are desirable
  • Professional appearance and a confident demeanor
  • Impeccable manners; enjoys interacting with guests
  • Strong service and quality orientation
  • Genuine, compelling, and engaging demeanor
  • A can-do attitude and a hands-on mentality; highly engaged
