Your main accountabilities:

  • Welcome guests keeping the highest standards of hospitality service
  • Provide a friendly, efficient, and courteous service
  • Assist with luggage, use club cars to drive guests around the resort, and escort them to their room
  • Assist in any other Front Office task as assigned by the Front Office Manager

Your main qualifications/skills:

  • Enthusiastic, friendly & self-motivated personality
  • Excellent Knowledge of English language, a second language would be an advantage (ideally between German, French & Russian)
  • Customer Service experience within a luxurious environment would be a plus
  • Valid European Driving license
