Backoffice Assistants - Financial Area
ManpowerGroup is recruiting Financial Assistants for a backoffice position to work in Porto.
Responsibilities:

Create offers/orders, for all business lines, based on a client request

Contact existing media for technical issues
-
Support the client billing team upon request
-
Responsible for feeding customer data into the production system
-
Liaise with Customer if input data is inaccurate or wrongly formatted, via email/phone
-
Keep procedures up to date
-
Keep track of all open issues and follow up
-
Raise Purchase orders to support customer advertising
-
Pay incoming invoice
-
Raise associated invoice for customer to pay
-
Report on department activity and revenue
-
Design and develop dashboards in our data visualization tool

Responsible for timely and accurate preparation of various financial regulatory reports
Profile:
-
Degree in related field
-
Fluent in French and English or German and English
-
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office products and able to learn other systems quickly

Strong Excel skills and ability to work with heavy data files
-
Excellent analytical skills
-
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
-
Ability to prioritize workloads and multi tasks

Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and deadlines

Schedules: Monday to Friday 09am – 6pm
