Are you looking to integrate a keen sense of project and people management with executing technical projects on an international scale? Then the position as Associate Manager within Manufacturing Execution System (MES) Deployment Projects, a part of Novo Nordisk Product Supply, is the right one for you. You will be responsible for 10 dedicated employees focusing on programme coordination, change management and project assistance.
About the department
Anchored in Novo Nordisk Product Supply (PS) IT in Bagsværd, you will be part of an environment of in-depth knowledge of processes, data and business drivers. We are 17 experienced employees with a world-class spirit, a change readiness and an open, trust-based and creative working environment with high quality mindset.
Your greatest task is to head up the MES Project Portfolio department, which involves ensuring the alignment of project direction and goals with the department’s overall business strategy and targets. You will manage global, strategic cross-site projects, ensuring project assistance to project members as well as maintaining project governance and executing board meetings.
You will participate in project work when necessary and will enable follow-up and control of all OCM activities across relevant areas. Furthermore, you have a solid business understanding of Novo Nordisk and product supply and knowledge of implementation of projects.
As a people manager you are an excellent communicator, facilitator and trainer, understanding how to motivate and inspire your colleagues and employees, while driving performance and ensuring team commitment. Utilising your structured approach to your work, you aim to keep all stakeholders in the loop.
You are able to give and receive constructive feedback, and understand both how to work with the team and independently when you are on site. You must expect some travel activity, as the programme is executed at most production sites across PS.
