The position is by maternity leave substitution.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handles administrative and organizational duties
- Handles incoming and outgoing correspondence and calls
- Develops public relations of the plant
- Welcomes visitors; leads plant tour
- Plans and organizes business meetings and trips
- Responsible for communication activities in the company – coordinates internal news; internal newspaper, etc.
- Implements and maintains procedures/office administrative systems
- Manages office budget
- Attends meetings with senior management
- Acts as a spokesperson and translator
- Makes preparations for presentations
- Provides support to different divisions of our team (Logistics, IE)
- Organizes events and campaigns
- Participates in conferences, fairs, workshops
