The AP Hotels & Resorts Group is looking for a catering professional for its hotel unit in Tavira - Maria Nova Lounge Hotel.

Responsibilities:

  • Controls the tables rotation shift as well as room sections balance;
  • Organizes the service including schedules;
  • Coordinates the head shift(s)on duty;
  • Manages Reservations, controls Stocks;
  • Manages the Wine Chart and advises customers;
  • Ensures customer loyalty through a professional attitude.

Requirements:

  • Experience and professional training the in the catering sector;
  • Driving for Excellence in customer service;
  • Knowledge of English, French preferential and knowledge of other languages valued;
  • Good knowledge of Table Service and Wines;
  • Excellent knowledge of HACCP;
  • Good communication skills;
  • Good Organization and Leadership skills;
  • Availability for rotating schedules and shifts.

Wage: 900€ - 1100€

  • Controla os ciclos de duração das mesas bem como o equilíbrio das secções da sala;
  • Organiza o serviço incluindo horários;
  • Coordena o(s) chefe(s) de turno em exercício;
  • Gere as Reservas, controla os Stocks;
  • Gere a Carta de Vinhos e Aconselha os clientes;
  • Assegurar a fidelização dos clientes através de uma atitude profissional.

Requisitos:

  • Experiência e Formação o profissional no sector da Restauração;
  • Orientação para a excelência no atendimento de clientes;
  • Conhecimento de inglês, francês preferencial e valorizamos conhecimentos de outras línguas;
  • Bons Conhecimentos em Serviço à Mesa e Vinhos;
  • Excelentes conhecimentos de HACCP;
  • Boa capacidade comunicativa;
  • Boa Capacidade de Organização e de Liderança;
  • Disponibilidade para horários rotativos e por turnos.
