A vacancy has arisen at Hilton Malta for the position of Assistant Executive Housekeeper. This is an assistant department head position responsible for assisting with overseeing the housekeeping operations to deliver an excellent Guest experience while monitoring housekeeping standards.



Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:  

  • Lead a large team of housekeeping attendants and ensure excellent communication, training, teamwork and team morale
  • Assist with overseeing the housekeeping daily operations
  • Operate within departmental budgets through effective stock and cost controls and well managed schedules
  • Support departmental targets and objectives, work schedules, budgets, and policies and procedures 

The position calls for an excellent team leader, who is able to work under pressure and within quality guidelines. A good understanding of managing a departmental profit and loss is also required. Previous housekeeping experience in a leadership position preferably within a five-star hotel environment is required for this position.
