Dixons Retail representativ will be present at European Job Days in Malmö on the 20th October.

Job description:

  • Registering and matching payments
  • Sales booking         
  • Bank account reconciliations
  • Communication with the Head Office in Copenhagen
  • Communication with the customers and external suppliers
  • Creation of the invoices after investigation
  • Sending out customer reminders
  • Month end reporting
  • Payment approvals (duplicate payments, suppliers payments)

Essential requirements:

  • Upper-intermediate English is required
  • Advanced Swedish language is essential
  • MS Office knowledge
  • Good economic understanding
  • Accounting experience
  • Able to organize priorities under a backlog situation
  • High degree of integrity, team player
  • A team player, capable of working together towards a common target
  • Self motivated
  • Able to deliver to deadlines
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility

Place of work: Brno, Czech Republic

Hours per week: 40

Contract: permanent

Starting date: To be confirmed

Salary: up to 38 000 CZK (1400 Euro)
