For our Client in Brno which is the specialist internal provider of financial, transactional, HR, logistics and IT services, we are currently looking for motivated individuals on the position of:

AR Accountant with Finnish or Swedish. Brno/Czech Republic

 

POSITION

Principal responsibilities:

- Quality control, reporting and monitoring:

           - Internet customer accounts

- Not placable incoming payments and bank        reconciliations

          - Commission from mobile phone operators etc.

           - Loans facilitated (Cresco, Expressbank and Handelsfinans)

-  Payments (VAT-refund) to customers incl. customer contact

-  Payments (money back) to finnish customers, incl. customer contact

-  Matching and booking of Clearinghouse and Internet customer accounts

- Quality control of claims handling (injury treatment) in the stores

- Quality control of claims handling (injury treatment) by insurers

- Contact-person for the department stores and insurance companies for insurance products

-  Follow-up of incoming payments and exceptions from customer at Internet stores

-  Follow-up of incoming payments and exceptions from customers of insurance

-                 Respond to telephone and written customer inquiries

-  Month end reporting

 

CANDIDATE

 

The successful candidate should have:

 

Upper-intermediate English is required

  • Fluent Finnish or Swedish

-     Good economic understanding

-     Accounting experience

-     An advanced user of Excel

-     Knowledge of retail & wholesale processes    preferable

-     Experience with Axapta/SAP is an advantage

-     A team player, capable of working together towards a common target

-     Self motivated

-     Able to deliver to deadlines

-     Good interpersonal skills

-     Ability to organise priorities under a backlog situation

-     Investigator: follow-up-skills

-     Flexibility

Salary: up to 38.000 CZK (1400 EUR)
