Application Specialist, RPA
The positions are located in our Citec offices in Finland - Vaasa, Turku, Espoo, Tampere, Oulu or Pietarsaari.
As Application Specialist for Robotic Process Automations, your responsibilities are supporting Citec robotics implementation, ensuring smooth operations for our chatbots and automation flows, and making necessary adjustments and configurations as needed. You are expected to be fluent especially with UiPath and Microsoft Power Virtual Agents. For successful results, you should have analytical and systematic approach for handling support requests and for diagnosing potential anomalies in the operations.
