We are looking for a customer-oriented Application Maintenance Services Leader for Supply Chain area with analytical mind set to join our team in Coca-Cola Hellenic Business Solutions & Systems, IT Group Function (BSS).

ABOUT YOUR NEW JOB

As an Application Maintenance Services Leader for Supply Chain area you will be responsible for ensuring all business teams have a seamless customer experience and service excellence in problem management, provided by external vendors. As single point of contact for the Business Solutions and Systems Product support in the area of Supply Chain you will focus on integrating the services for existing and new products support model/services.

YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordinate the incoming Incidents, Service Requests and Changes, and ensure that all requests in the respective area are completed in a timely and high quality manner;
  • Organize Regular routines/meetings with the vendors in the Area of AMS;
  • Conduct service review meetings, review performance KBIs, SLA and system availability with the respective stakeholders;
  • Manage the Releases of the applications to the Supply Chain area, including SAP, Cloud and other
  • Orchestrate regular meetings for Change Request assessment and ensure final decision in the system;
  • Support the execution of financial control on the vendors for Supply Chain – perform audit of the volumes and check invoices;
  • Analyze the knowledge for the products/processes and initiate, coordinate and attend trainings for business users addressing gaps in the respective area.

 

ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?

  • 3+ years working experience in IT;
  • Min. 2 years practical system experience with SAP;
  • Strong computer skills – EXCEL;
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and assignments simultaneously;
  • Resources management and Vendor management skills;
  • Experience or training with the ITIL framework;
  • Proven ability to work in a multi-cultural environment;
  • Experience working in a service-delivery role in a business-critical environment;
  • Excellent command of English Language.
