Job offer description

Colruyt Group feels very strongly about expertise. As an analyst, you expertly convert internal customers' wishes into customised solutions for processes, work methods and workstations as well as for IT systems. You start to work at Business Processes & Systems (BP&S). This division develops and supports the business processes, information flows and ICT systems for the entire Colruyt Group. This means you can use your talents as an analyst in different domains: marketing & communication, security management, purchasing, supply chain, HR, finance, sales, business intelligence … Expertise comes with permanent training. It does not matter whether you have much or little experience, we will provide an internal training meeting your needs. And you will also immediately start the analysing work. You develop sound partner relationships with internal customers. You discuss their needs and wishes regarding processes, work methods, workstations and IT systems in order to reach the essence. You analyse the existing situation, consult with end users involved and present the best solution based on your expertise. By means of a clever analysis of needs, you find out the functional and non-functional requirements. You design, test and document the new situation. As a real service provider, you not only provide functional support for the users, but also sufficient documentation to apply the solution efficiently and sustainably. During the implementation, you remain the contact for advice and guidance. You work on different projects at the same time. Immunity to stress and the ability to set priorities are a must. The greatest aspect of your job is the challenge: you are confronted with a problem and you have the freedom and responsibility to find an adequate solution fit for your customer. You work at our head office in Halle, in our regional offices (Haasrode or Deinze) or at the internal customer's location.

Offer:

  • Training and development – You learn a lot on the job, but you also have the opportunity to take external training courses.
  • Stimulating work environment – You work on many assignments in various domains with the most diverse specialists. Moreover, you will work in a no-nonsense business culture where you can be who you really are.
  • Fringe benefits – Apart from your pay, you also receive many fringe benefits such as a company car, profit-sharing, a group insurance and meal vouchers.

Profile:

  • Education and experience - You have a bachelor's or master's degree or equivalent experience. Experience in functional analysis is an asset, but not a requirement. Knowledge of UML or Lean Management is an asset.
  • Languages - You communicate fluently in Dutch and English so you can work with all your colleagues.
  • Critical and analytical capability - You can distinguish details from the essence, so you immediately recognise the real bottlenecks and opportunities.
  • Planning skills - You are very good at planning and organising and you are able to realise projects independently (you work a lot with other people, but you are in charge of the project).
  • Enthusiasm - You are committed, assertive and convincing: you can lead meetings and working groups, give presentations, etc. You can strike the right tone with your discussion partners to rouse their interest. Your communication inspires people.
  • Result-oriented - Colruyt Group is a constantly moving organisation. You can handle changing circumstances and always find the proper solution is a challenge to you.
